It is recommended that all riders bring two filled water bottles with them for the start of the ride, along with your spares kit (min. 2 tubes, tyre levers and bike pump).
Free food items and water will be available at rest stops. Riders with special dietary requirements or allergies are encouraged to bring their own food supplies.
