If you need to withdraw from Mater’s Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle for Cancer, you must do so in writing (via email) to Mater Foundation brisbanetogoldcoast@mater.org.au before midnight Friday, 7th August 2026.
All rider identification packs/envelopes received must be returned to the Mater Foundation to receive any refund.
The following cancellation policy will apply:
A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if I withdraw before midnight Friday, 7th August 2026.
No refund will be provided if I withdraw after midnight on Friday, 7th August 2026.
Refunds apply to registration fees only.
Merchandise purchased during registration is non-refundable.
I understand that Mater Foundation will consider offering a refund outside this policy for a participant for any exceptional circumstances, at their discretion and with supporting evidence.
This could include for compassionate, medical or pregnancy/fertility treatment reasons.
I understand that my application to participate and my application fee cannot be transferred to another person (all entries are non-transferrable).
A $10 administration fee will be charged to re-issue rider identification envelopes if the incorrect or incomplete address details have been provided during the entry process.
