Once rider packs are in transit, we are not able to change addresses for the delivery of these. We will update this FAQ as soon as our rider pack commences delivery to participants, which will be mid-July 2026.
If you forget your rider pack contents (ride plate, helmet sticker) on the event day, please go to the Information Tent at the Wheel in South Bank to receive replacements.
It is mandatory to have your rider plate attached to your bike (using the twist ties) and a sticker on the front of your helmet.
